Our founder brings 15+ years of certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expertise and a deep understanding of CAD design, production flow, equipment integration, and digital facility mapping. After nearly two decades in the field, they identified a critical gap: many organizations lacked the internal bandwidth or know-how to eliminate inefficiencies, streamline processes, and boost output.
